First, please review the instructions for the document you are trying to submit, since some document must be sent by US mail or with supporting documentation.
In most cases, documents can be submitted by e-mailing them to documents@capella.edu or faxing them to 612-977-5060. We will review the documentation within 3-5 business days. If the documentation is not sufficient, we will send you a follow-up e-mail with an explanation of what is missing and how to complete the requirement.
