To request a change of program, please submit the Change of Program, Specialization, Concentration & Emphasis Form. Please choose only the aspect of your program or specialization you want to change; it is not necessary to fill in each option.

Once you submit your request, you will receive a new Transfer Credit Evaluation. This will allow you and your Academic Coach to review how your credits will apply to the new program. Once approved, the change of program will take effect at the beginning of the next quarter.
