In FlexPath courses with tutor support, tutors can be reached by email (response within 48 hours) or through appointment. Your tutor email and appointment link will be available to you in the tutor’s About Me information within the Academic Team tool in the courseroom.

Faculty can be reached through Faculty Feedback Follow-up in the Course Tools section of your courseroom (response within 2 business days).

In courses with tutors, they are your main point of contact for support in understanding concepts, theories, and material subject matter. Faculty should be reached when you have clarifying questions regarding the feedback/scoring received in an attempt. 

For courses without tutor support, you may reach out to the faculty directly for support in understanding concepts, theories, and material subject matter.
