You can move requirements to the top of your course sequence by selecting the “Move a Requirement” button. This allows you to change from the predefined plan when a different course would better suit your interest or schedule.

When attempting to move a requirement, you will see the sequence number for each upcoming course in your plan. You can move any future requirement into one of the first two positions of the sequence, as long as pre-requisites are fulfilled. Select the arrows icon next to the course that you want to move, and select the new position where you would like the course to go.

Guided Path:

You can move courses within the course sequence by selecting the “Move a Requirement” button.  Select the arrows icon next to the course that you want to move, and select the term or session where you would like the course to go. You will be alerted if the course cannot be moved to that session because of pre-requisites or other requirements. The academic plan will alert you of any conflicts and automatically update the rest of the course sequence to accommodate the change.
