There are a number of benefits to writing a new version of your cover letter each time you apply for a job. • Explaining why you are interested in working for the specific organization. Research the organization to make sure that this comes across authentically. 
• Providing specific evidence of your qualifications in relation to the position to clearly demonstrate why you are a good fit for the role.
