It is recommended to have professional documentation of your disability prior to discussing your accommodation needs. However, if you do not have documentation readily available, please do not hesitate to contact Disability Services, as we can begin the accommodation process without it.

Documentation can take a variety of forms, including IEP/504 plans, letters from doctors/psychologists, accommodation letters from previous schools, hospital reports, etc. Learn more about how to submit documentation.
