The consequences of research misconduct may include but are not limited to non-acceptance of submitted work, non-satisfactory grade in the dissertation courseroom, written warning, suspension from the university, removal from the program, administrative withdrawal or dismissal from the university, or cancellation of previously awarded course credits or degrees. Learners who are also faculty or staff may be subject to reduction of salary, change in employment status or role, or termination.
