If you are discontinuing your PhD education, you may be able to apply your doctoral coursework towards a master’s degree. Talk with your Academic Coach about whether that is an option for you. If it is an option, you’ll need to decide whether it makes sense for you to convert your doctoral coursework to a master’s.

One important issue is how potential employers will perceive your education. Will a master’s degree or doctoral-level coursework be more applicable to the types of jobs you want to do? Your Academic Coach is available to explore these issues with you.  You can also seek support from Career Services.
