Occasionally TurnItIn reports are larger than the 10MB limit for the Capella email system, so learners and mentors find that they are unable to email the reports to Comprehensive Exams, Dissertations, and Doctoral Capstones for review.  See the attached document for step-by-step instructions on how to access and download the text version of the report, which is a small enough version to send via Capella email.
