You and your mentor will not receive an email from CITI upon completion of your CITI course. In order to provide documentation that you have completed your CITI training, you will need to save a copy of your completion report. Use the attached guides to retrieve and save your CITI completion report.

The completion report will show the overall score you achieved on your initial completion of the CITI course. If you have retaken modules to obtain a passing score, note that it will not be reflected in your overall score.

To access your CITI Completion report log into CITI, select 'Main Menu/My Courses', and click 'VIew-Print-Save' under the Completion Report header. This will allow you to view your completion report and save a PDF.

Do not contact CITI to request a completion report or overall score information as they will not be able to assist you with these requests. For any questions around CITI email the Dissertation Support Center (DSC).
