To register for IRBManager follow the steps below:

• Go to  https://capella.my.irbmanager.com/
• Click on 'Click here to register' in the left hand corner of the login box
• Choose 'Learner' and fill out the registration form (mentors, choose 'Mentor' and fill out registration form)
• Click the 'Register' box to complete registration.
• You will then receive an email containing a link to set up your password for IRBManager. (Note: if the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder)

The first time you login to IRBManager:

• Login with the password you created for IRBManager (note that your username for IRBManager will be the email address you used when registering)

Troubleshooting:

• Refer to the IRBManager registration instructions for learners and mentors for screenshots of the registration and login process
• Check your spam folder for the initial email
• If the email does not arrive, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Email the IRB Office for assistance
• Note: learner Capella University email address are @capellauniversity.edu not at capella.edu
• If at anytime you need to reset your password, use the forgot password link on the login screen.
