  • Assessing Risk in Social & Behavioral Sciences
  • Informed Consent
  • Internet Research
  • Privacy & Confidentiality
  • Conflicts of Interest in Research Involving Human Subjects
  • Capella University

Optional modules that you may be required to take based on your research are:

  • International Studies
  • Records-Based Research
  • Research and HIPAA Privacy Protections
  • Vulnerable Subjects—Research Involving Workers/Employees
  • Research with Prisoners
  • Research with Children
  • Research in Public elementary and Secondary Schools
  • International Research

If you are being direct by a form or school requirement to take a module not listed here, note that the module is no longer offered/required.

You are required to receive an overall score of 85 per cent to pass the CITI requirements. If you retake a module, note that the score will not update on the completion report. However, the system will record the updated module score.
