IRBNet was Capella University’s IRB electronic submission system used from 2007-2013. IRBManager has replaced IRBNet as the electronic submission system. Access to submit applications through IRBNet ended on December 31, 2013. Researchers who submitted through IRBNet are still able to view their forms, IRB evaluations, and decision letters, but no new documents may be submitted. If you obtained initial study approval through IRBNet and need to modify your approved study or submit a continuing review form, contact the IRB Office. If you have returned to the university after an extended absence and originally submitted through IRBNet but did not obtain approval, contact the IRB Office for further directions.

Please check the IRBManager resources on iGuide for information on the current submission system.
