Exceptions to the University Policy on Tuition and Fee Refunds may be requested as tuition credits on a case-by-case basis. Tuition credit requests are considered only in cases of rare and extreme unexpected circumstances.

Tuition credits must be requested no later than one quarter following the last day of the quarter in which the unexpected circumstances occurred. Learn more about the tuition credit requests process here.
