Not all charges on your account may be eligible to be covered by financial aid. Common causes for this can be tuition charges for future courses or balances from a prior financial aid year (which runs from July 1st to June 30th of the following year).
In some cases it can be related to the timing of transactions. If you register for additional courses or residencies or have charges apply after funds have disbursed on your account then a balance would show on your account.
