A third party may make a payment on your billing account by calling Capella at 1-888-227-3552 option 1 then option 3. Please have them provide your learner ID so the payment can be posted to your account accurately.

If your employer or other third party would like to discuss your account further, including the amount owed, an Authorization to Release Information form needs to be completed.
