In order to receive a full tuition refund, you must drop the course by midnight, Central Time, on the first Friday of the course. Any drops after this time will result in you owing at least part of the tuition. Please see the tuition refund schedule.

In addition, if financial aid has disbursed for the dropped course, Department of Education regulations may require the school to return some or all of your financial aid for that quarter.
