Confirm you submitted the needed documentation, with accurate information, to invoice your employer or third party and receive payment

You need to submit:

Online Direct Bill Release form

  • This form only needs to be completed once
  • This form allows Capella to release your information to your employer or a third party

Direct Bill Agreement (DBA)

  • This form needs to be completed every term
  • This form lists the pertinent information needed (courses, dates, etc.) to bill your employer/third party directly
  • Confirm this form is accurately filled out
  •  Some employers/third parties use a voucher or letter of credit rather than the Direct Bill Agreement form

Not all employers/third parties pay 100% of your charges. You may be required to pay a portion of your tuition costs.

If all those documents are submitted and accurate, your employer/third party may not have paid the invoice yet. Contact your employer/third party to check on payment or contact the Financial Aid Support Team (FAST).
