If your tuition expenses are covered by a third party or a formal billing arrangement, a 1098-T does not need to be provided. Review your account statements to see if you have made any payments (including via financial aid) to Capella toward tuition or eligible fees between January 1 and December 31 of the year for which you are filing. If you have made eligible payments and you have not received your 1098-T electronically by January 31 or via mail by mid- to late-February, please call 1-888-CAPELLA (227-3552) to determine eligibility.
