If you are experiencing IT issues, consider the following:

Do you have a pop-up blocker on?

See our Pop-up Troubleshooting page to learn how to disable it.

Are you experiencing browser issues?

Ensure you’re using the latest version of one of the recommended browsers: Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. If you click on the Financial Aid Agreement link, and the system either gives you an error message or sends you back to the Student Center:

  • Close out of all browser windows completely.
  • Clear the browser’s cache. See our Browser Maintenance information for instructions.
  • Open a new browser window and go back into the Student Center.
  • Click on the Financial Aid Agreement link again.
