If your document allows you to submit the portal, this is the fastest option for getting it to our team.

Most financial aid documents can be uploaded to your Financial Aid Portal.

Please email documents to documents@capella.edu.* Include your Student ID and Document type in the subject line.

Mail

For documents that must be submitted by postal mail, submit the document by mail to:

Include your name, Student ID, and document type on the correspondence you mail to Capella.

We will review the documentation within three to five business days. If the documentation is insufficient, we will send you a follow-up email explaining what is missing and how to complete the requirement.
