If you are potentially eligible for outside aid or tuition assistance, we recommend that you report it. If you become ineligible for outside aid or tuition assistance (for example, if your grades did not meet the requirements), we can remove it from your award.

To report assistance, submit the Tuition Assistance/Outside Aid Disclosure Form by choosing the appropriate year on the Financial Aid Forms page.
