For both undergraduate and graduate learners, financial aid may be used to cover the cost of the first repeat of a course. Learners approved to repeat a course beyond this may not use financial aid to cover the cost of the additional course repeats.

This rule does not impact graduate learners in the comprehensive examination or dissertation courses.
