Please reach out to your employer/s in order to obtain a copy of your W-2, or go to IRS.gov and request a Wage and Income transcript. You can also go to your local IRS office to request copies of your tax forms or call 1-800-829-1040 to request a 1722 letter (which can take considerably longer).
