FlexPath Model A

At the end of every 24-week payment period, your academic standing and course progression are reviewed. You must meet certain academic minimums to maintain financial aid eligibility. The requirements needed at the end of each payment period are:

If you do not meet these requirements every 24 weeks your financial aid will be negatively impacted.

You can view your requirements via the Progress Tracker on your Finances Dashboard.

*The requirements may vary slightly for learners transferring in from another school or those close to graduation.

FlexPath Model B

Learners must participate in a unique course to receive a disbursement in a billing session. The same course cannot be used to establish disbursement eligibility in multiple billing sessions.

Graduate learners must earn 1.125 program points per billing session, while half-time undergraduate s must earn 2.25 program points, and full-time undergraduates must earn 4.5 program points.

Learners have the first two billing sessions to get up to speed, but if progression requirements are not met, financial aid will be negatively impacted in the third billing session and beyond.
