Resolving UEH is at most a two-step process. At each step, you will receive an email from the Financial Aid Support Team with detailed instructions.
1. You will need to submit official transcripts from the universities where you received financial aid within the past 4 years. We will notify you which transcripts we need to review.
2. If you did not earn credit for one of the years, you will need to submit an appeal explaining what circumstances prevented you from earning credit at that time. You will need to provide supporting documentation along with this appeal.
