A FASAP plan is a customized academic improvement plan for learners who are not currently meeting FASAP minimum requirements, so that they can remain eligible for financial aid while improving their academic standing. If you are put on a plan, Capella will assign a plan that will, if you follow the plan requirements, return you to good standing prior to the completion of your program.
If you become ineligible for financial aid due to your academic standing, you may have the option to appeal to regain your eligibility. If that appeal is approved, you will be placed on a FASAP plan. If your appeal is denied, you will not be eligible to use financial aid until meeting FASAP requirements, and will be subject to certain payment requirements.
