ARTICLE Requests: 

Article requests are typically delivered in 3 business days and are emailed to you when they are ready.

• After placing a request, be sure to check your email regularly. 

• Access to the article expires 30 days after the email has been sent.

BOOK Requests:

Book requests take around 3-10 business days to complete.

• If a book is available digitally, a link will be sent to you.

• If only a physical copy is available, it will be shipped to you when ready.

• Book requests will be filled using a digital-first approach. CUL will attempt to obtain the books electronically first. If a book is not available electronically, a print copy may be borrowed or obtained on the requester’s behalf.

• If you requested a book and it has not arrived after 14 days, please notify us so we can make sure the book is not lost.

Returning Books:

• Only physical books borrowed from another library must be returned. Use the prepaid return mailer included with your book or send the book back using a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
