The first step is to perform the tasks outlined on the General Maintenance page of our Help with Technical Issues guide.

If the computer check and browser maintenance don't resolve the issue, you have two options:

  • For library website or database-specific issues, please fill out the Ask a Librarian form by selecting I need help with a technical problem from the list of options. 
  • If the problem is courseroom-related or more general in nature, please contact Learner Technical Support.

To better assist you, please provide as much information as possible including the steps taken prior to encountering the problem and as well as a screenshot of the error page including the URL.  Screenshots should be sent to librarian@capella.edu.
