PsycINFO and PsycARTICLES are databases published by the American Psychological Association (APA).

PsycINFO is an abstracting and indexing database devoted to peer-reviewed literature in the behavioral sciences and mental health.  While PsycINFO is not a full text database, you are able to retrieve full text content through a SmartLinking feature that automatically links to articles found in other EBSCO databases such as Academic Search Premier and PsycARTICLES.  To harness the full power of PsycINFO, we recommend turning off the "full-text” limiter.  This grants access to more than 2.5 million additional abstract-only articles, which can be ordered through our Interlibrary Loan service.

PsycARTICLES provides full text access to more than 90 landmark journals, most of which are published by the American Psychological Association.  While all PsycARTICLES content is accessible through a PsycINFO search, you will retrieve more results when searching PsycINFO due to the additional abstract records indexed in database and the SmartLinking feature mentioned above.
