NOT RECEIVED

There are a few reasons you may not have received your interlibrary loan article request.

The most common reasons that learners do not receive their article requests are:

  1. A learner may not be checking the email address used on the interlibrary loan form.

  2. The email may have gone to their spam folder.

WHERE ARTICLE CAN BE FOUND

When your article is ready we send an email to the email address submitted on your interlibrary loan form.

  • If you would like the material sent to a different email address, you will need to change the information on file with Capella. You can do this on Personal Information section of Campus.

  • It is possible that your email may have flagged these messages as spam. Be sure to check your spam folder for the emails.

  • You can email interlibraryloan@capella.edu with any questions about the status of your request.
